Our Staff
“Our doctors are content, but concerned.”
The individuals below represent only a fraction of active operational personnel. The remainder are distributed across classified sites, embedded partnerships, and unmarked observational environments. Identity and visibility of staff may differ depending on your level of treatment.
Dr. Elizabeth SchwartzFounder | Principal Architect of Outcome Trajectory Modulation Dr. Schwartz established Safer Outcomes following early work in predictive instability modelling during the late 1970s and 1980s. Her research expanded across behavioural forecasting, environmental drift systems, and long-range population continuity structures. Internal records note that she “did not design systems to predict the future, but to correct it before it finished forming.” Dr. Schwartz remains formally active in all Tier IV OTMS frameworks.
Dr. LiDirector of Outcome Stability Engineering Responsible for the calibration of real-time stability fields across monitored regions. Dr. Li’s team refers to deviations as “soft noise events,” regardless of severity, and believes in a strict correction proceedure. Dr. Li's history in experimental genetics and UPE fields allows her unprecidented levels of control in her work.
Dr. Carol LouweBehavioural Forecasting & Compliance Division Dr. Louwe maintains predictive compliance frameworks used in population-level behavioural modelling. Her systems are designed to identify non-conforming decision pathways before articulation occurs. Dr. Louwe is currently undergoing retraining and reorientation, and her return is not currently expected in the near future.
Technician Reese HaleField Observation & Continuity Operations Operates distributed observation nodes embedded within public infrastructure networks. Their primary responsibility is maintaining “uninterrupted perception normality.” Staff Notice All personnel remain within active monitoring cycles at all times, regardless of visibility status. Absence from documentation does not indicate absence from operation. Safer Outcomes does not track staff. It confirms their continued alignment. |
